PERSON-CENTERED CARE
The person residing in the Intellectual Disability Residence is the center of our work. Therefore, the planning is adapted to the tastes and needs of each person. Group and personal activities. Job placement itinerary Adapted training itinerary
PERSONALIZED STAYS
Not everyone needs the same attention. Not all time periods are the same. Intellectual Disability Residence Diversia presents different types of stays Medium/long-term temporary stays. Stays from 1 month to 6 months. Short-term temporary stays: individual days, weekends, Easter, Christmas Permanent stays: long-term stays, converting the Intellectual Disability Residence into each person's home.
ASISTENCIA PERSONAL EN EL ENTORNO FAMILIAR
Have you thought you need someone in your house? There is no need always for a Residential center. Providing support is essential and it is best if this support is provided by other people who need it. Going to the movies, someone to accompany you if your relatives go out, someone to support you in your day-to-day ... in your negotiations and personal affairs. A reference in those things to overcome. Do you need someone on weekends or free time? This modality is an alternative and complementary to a residential center. MAGNIFICENT FACILITIES
Diverisa Intellectual Disability Residence has magnificent facilities. Located in the Center of the Municipality of Salteras. Magnificently communicated with Seville Capital by bus and train. Our Diversia Intellectual Disability Residence Center has 12 rooms and capacity for 27 people. Adapted and air-conditioned rooms. Separate bathrooms adapted for reduced mobility on all floors. Lift. Central courtyard that provides outdoor space to enjoy and carry out a multitude of activities both inside and outside. Differentiated rooms where you can create different coexistence units in which each person can enjoy different options for leisure, relaxation and company. Dining room differentiated by shifts. Own kitchen with supervised menus. Care for celiacs and lactose intolerant. Allergen-free diet.
Equipment
Nuestro personal está formado en Trabajo social , Técnicas en Cuidados de enfermería, Atención sociosanitaria en instituciones con personas con dependencia, Técnico en Farmacia . Atención a autismo.
De la misma forma contamos con personal de inserción laboral y magisterio de educación especial.
conformamos un equipo multidisciplinar que trabajamos en completo y en todas las áreas del centro mirando por una visión global de trabajo donde todo el grupo trabaja en las mismas funciones en función a las necesidades.
Nuestra empresa cuenta con áreas de alumnos en practicas ( Erasmus , Grados formación profesional , Grado de Trabajo social, cursos para la obtención de certificados de profesionalidad...)
De igual forma se conforma equipo de personal voluntario como complemento especialmente en el área de Actividades educativas y de Ocio.
